Usage fee for recreational skaters

Trial period (45 min): 3 € per person (incl. VAT)

Usage fee for sports clubs

For half a day (up to 6 hours)
€ 5.00 per person
over 15 people €4.00 per person
over 20 people € 3.50 per person
over 25 people € 3.00 per person
over 35 people €100.00 per group

Use includes training areas, changing rooms, showers, electricity, water and groundkeeper (or hand-over of keys). We reserve the right to make multiple bookings, on agreement, should the number of people using any facilities be less than 12. €10 extra per hour will be charged for the use of floodlighting. (Applies only to evening use!) All prices specified include statutory value added tax, currently 19%.
An approximate number of people is specified in advance by the club and set out in the usage contract. A charge will be levied for a single amount. This can be paid on site in cash or via invoice.

A cancellation of the usage contract must be made in writing. Where a booking is cancelled, the following charges will be applied:

Cancellation made between 7 to 30 days before date booked 25%

Cancellation made between 1 to 7 days before date booked 50%

Lease of the whole site for sports events and commercial use

The use of the complete site for sports events is charged at
€ 130.00 (incl. VAT) per event day
€ 70.00 (incl. VAT) per half day/ part day

Prices for commercial use of the complete site are available on request.
The costs for electricity, water supply, waste water and cleaning- up are incurred by the party leasing the site. A separate usage contract will be drawn up. Supplementary agreements may be made in writing.

A cancellation of the usage contract must be made in writing. Where a booking is cancelled, the following charges will be applied: Up to the 45th day before the contractual usage period, 25% of the total price. From the 44th to the 30th day before the contractual usage period, 50% of the total price. From the 29th day before the contractual usage period, 80% of the total price. 1 day before the contractual usage period, 100% of the total price.
